The new Range Rover SV, flagship of Land Rover’s luxury vehicle, makes its UK debut at the inaugural Salon Privé in London, April 21-23, blending modernity and aesthetic grace to create an exquisite interpretation of the iconic SUV .
With a dazzling array of personalization options on standard and long wheelbase models, including a five-seat LWB layout for the first time, the new Range Rover SV offers customers a new level of craftsmanship as well as a greater functionality. The first vehicle to sport a distinctive ceramic SV roundel, the new Range Rover SV represents the pinnacle of design and engineering expertise from Land Rover’s in-house Special Vehicles Operations team.
Range Rover has been leading by example for 50 years and as the original luxury SUV it embodies serenity and comfort with an ability to conquer. The new Range Rover SV flagship features exclusive design details and material choices throughout, with tactile materials including ceramic touchpoints and hand-laid mosaic marquetry veneers, so customers can truly creating personalized perfection.

The New Range Rover SV personalization process includes carefully selected SV Serenity and SV Intrepid design themes, each giving the Range Rover SV a distinct personality. These can be specified independently for the exterior or interior, in conjunction with the standard Range Rover SV exterior or interior, or applied as a theme to the whole vehicle.
Customers can choose from the standard Range Rover color palette or opt for one of the additional colors from the SV Bespoke Premium palette. This includes a range of vibrant high-gloss and sophisticated satin finishes, combined with a contrast roof in Narvik Black or Corinthian Bronze, depending on the body color chosen. For a truly unique option, the SV Bespoke Match to Sample paint service can match any color to provide unlimited scope for individuality.
Range Rover SV engine options include the new 530hp V8 Twin Turbo and efficient D350 Ingenium diesel, as well as the 510hp Hybrid Electric on the standard wheelbase model – with an all-electric range of up to 70 miles. In addition to the five-seat configuration on LWB models, the optional four-seat SV Signature Suite configuration is also available. Offering effortless convenience and comfort with a range of luxury additions, it elevates SUV opulence to new levels.
For the vehicle’s UK debut, a new Range Rover SV P530 LWB will take center stage at the Salon Privé in London. As shown on its world debut in October 2021, it is finished in a special Icy White Gloss paint, contrasted by SV Serenity exterior accents and a contrasting Corinthian bronze roof, SV Serenity Caraway Near-Aniline and Perlino Semi leather interior. -Aniline with Glossy white ceramic controls and natural light wenge veneer with mosaic marquetry. It also includes the SV Signature Suite – a full-length fixed center console with power deployable table and cup holders, refrigerator, Dartington Crystal glassware and an 8-inch rear seat touchscreen controller.
Representatives of Land Rover’s Special Vehicles Operations team will be on hand to guide customers through every step of the New Range Rover SV personalization process, and the vehicle will be available to order during the three days of the luxury car event at the Royal Hospital Chelsea.
As befits Salon Privé’s status as one of the world’s most prestigious motoring events, eight cars will make their World, European or UK debuts at the Royal Hospital Chelsea. The very latest models from Alpine, Aston Martin, Ferrari, Genesis, Lamborghini, Pininfarina, Porsche and Rolls-Royce will be on display alongside Morgan Motor Company, as well as the latest machinery from Harley-Davidson and Indian Motorcycles. These will be joined by UK specialists Charge Cars, Envisage, Everrati, Jensen Automotive and Overfinch, to deliver a range that covers everything from reimagined classics to next-generation hypercars and electric vehicles.
Salon Privé London promises to be London’s most exclusive motoring party, with plenty to see and do in addition to motoring attractions. The shopping village will be home to a variety of luxury brands, including famous British jeweler Boodles, Jess Collet Milliner and British perfume house Penhaligon’s, founded in the late 1860s. Everything from Patek Philippe watches to Riva sports boats and Harley-Davidson at Bell Helicopters, will be on display, along with the first-class hospitality for which Salon Privé has long been renowned. Louis Pommery will be flowing and London Essence cocktail bars will offer exciting cocktails from mixologists NoMad, Louie and Donovan Bar.
To complement this, Salon Privé has partnered with renowned and innovative hotel group JKS Restaurants to offer guests a unique dining offering. This will include dishes from the Michelin-starred Gymkhana, Indian barbecue classics by Brigadier and cult Taiwanese specialists BAO. Additionally, there will be plates from The George of Fitzrovia and The Cadogan Arms of Chelsea, featuring pub fare that celebrates the best of British produce, making Salon Privé London a real foodie’s delight.
It’s also possible to enjoy a sumptuous three-course seated lunch at Sloane – the event’s exclusive VIP hospitality pavilion – while DJs entertain guests until the evening is over. On Thursday and Friday, Salon Privé London will be open until 9pm, allowing everyone to soak up the party atmosphere after dark.
